Arroyo Lindo Vineyard is an 82-acre certified sustainable estate on River Road in Windsor, planted primarily to Chardonnay. The vineyard sits on deep alluvial soils that are predominantly Storie Index Grade 1 – some of the most productive agricultural soil in California. Cool Russian River Valley fog influence and late-ripening conditions deliver characteristic high natural acidity and varietal expression. Arroyo Lindo has been farmed with care by the same ownership since the nineteen seventies. The vineyard includes several blocks of mature older vines that some buyers may appreciate.
