The Sonoma County Department of Agriculture/Weights & Measures is hosting a Spring Plastic Recycling Day on Tuesday, May 19th from 9 am to 3 pm. This event is open to growers, nurseries, pest control businesses, golf courses, parks, and government agencies. Only plastic pesticide and fertilizer containers will be accepted.

Free Technical Assistance Opportunities & Groundwater Management Support for Alexander Valley Growers
Sonoma Resource Conservation District (RCD) has funding to provide technical assistance around water supply, water conservation, and soil health. They are collecting information with a brief interest form (linked below). If completed, they will follow up with more resources, site visits, and workshops. Any information provided in this survey is confidential, and summary statistics will be anonymized. Deadline is April 20th, 2026.
