We are a 40-acre vineyard located in the Laguna Ridge area in the heart of the Russian River Valley. We established the vineyard in 1996-1997 and have in-house managed and farmed the vineyard since that time. Our site is primarily made up of Goldridge soil that produces high quality Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Our grapes have been under continuous contract with several high end wineries for 29 years.
Two separate blocks of Pinot Noir totaling 9.1 acres, 25 tons, are for sale for the 2026 harvest. One block is steep westerly sloping and the other is a easterly sloping, rolling hillside (both blocks are shown in the photo). We will consider selling the blocks separately and are negotiable in price.
