This block of dry farmed, head trained field blend consists of 75% Zinfandel, 10% Carignane, 10% Petite Sirah and 5% Alicante Bouschet with a touch of Palomino. Our farming methods are based on ecological methods and philosophy. Vine fertility is derived from Compost applications and annul seeding of winter grown cover crops. Our family has been farming vineyards like this since the 70’s with great success aiming for moderate yields of fruit that truly express the land and climate on which they are grown.
