Bernier Farms has been dry farming the Pillsbury Vineyard in the hill of West Dry Creek for 12 years. 3 acres of hilltop old vine Zinfandel will yield 6 tons fruit, 5 acres of bench land trellised Zinfandel good for 15 tons fruit. Compost and Cover Cropping give this vineyard the nutrients to produce high quality moderate yields. Although we do not have a certification on this vineyard we farm with ecologically sound methods and philosophy.
