Patz & Hall runs a modern, built to suit winery located just east of the town of Sonoma.
For Vintage 2026 we are seeking clients making later-ripening red varieties, such as Cabernet Sauvignon. Ideal lot sizes are 5 to 30 tons. We have both open top and closed top tanks available.
We also have capacity for making white wines, with ample press, settling and ageing space. Those lot sizes can range from 5 tons to over 40 tons.
Our production team takes pride in providing high-touch, custom winemaking. We can ensure optimal treatment of your wines.
