Specialty Crop Employer Survey

As California agriculture continues to evolve with increased technology adoption and changing practices, there’s a growing need for new skills within the workforce. To help address these shifting workforce needs, the Specialty Crop Ag Workforce Development Program is conducting a survey of agricultural employers, and they need your input.

This survey is part of a collaborative initiative designed to bring together specialty crop employers, community colleges, and other key partners to train workers for the skills required now and in the future. The program is supported by the Agricultural Council of California, California Department of Food and Agriculture, California Farmworker Foundation, Central Valley Community Foundation, and Western Growers.

Your individual responses will not be published; only aggregated information will be used in reporting the survey results. The survey should take approximately 15-20 minutes of your time
